The CBS legal drama, which said yesterday that Maura Tierney would be appearing in Season 4, has added Kristin Chenoweth to its lineup.
Chenoweth, who has appeared in TV comedies GCB, Glee and Pushing Daisies, is set to take on a recurring role on Good Wife, starring Julianna Margulies as attorney Alicia Florrick whose cases and relationships with her children and estranged husband are the focus of the show.
Chenow eth, a Tony-winning actress for her work on Broadway, is expected to show up in Good Wife's September season premiere, and her character will be what the show is describing as "a top-of-her-game political reporter who wants to know more about the Florrick campaign and marriage."
