Tom Cruise news: 'Forbes' list; new trailer

With wife Katie Holmes filing for divorce last week, Tom Cruise may be weathering a storm when it comes to his personal life, but professionally, he's still on top: Forbes has just declared Cruise the highest-paid actor in Hollywood. And let's hope he has a water-tight pre-nup: Forbes calculates the actor raked in $75 million between May 2011 and May 2012.

Also on the list: Leonardo DiCaprio (No. 2 with $37 million), Ben Stiller (No. 5 with $33 million), Johnny Depp (No. 7 with $30 million) and Robert Pattinson (No. 11 with $26.5 million).

In other Cruise news, the first photos are out of Cruise as the title character in Jack Reacher, which hits theaters in December. Cruise plays Reacher, who is on the run after being pinpointed by a gunman in police custody, who offers the note: "Get Jack Reacher!"
