Update: Jess has announced the happy news on her website, noting that Maxwell weigh in at 9 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21- 3/4 inches long, and telling fans:
"We are so grateful for the love, support and prayers we have received. This has been the greatest experience of our lives!"
