The big day has finally arrived!
That's right, Drew Barrymore and her fiance, Will Kopelman, will be tying the knot today during an intimate ceremony on a Montecito, California estate, and according to sources close to the couple, the pregnant starlet hosted the rehearsal dinner on the patio of San Ysidro Ranch last night for about 70 guests!
