Uh, uh, OH YEA!
If we only had one wish this past weekend it would be to jam with the plethora of mega-mucisians at BBC's Hackney Weekend 2012 in London!!!
SO MANY fantabulous acts, but no one quite killed it like Jay-Z… ft. Rihanna. AND OH YEA, and M.I.A.
Basically, ’twas the music fest to end all music festivals!! Appropriatly so, seeing as the world is ending in December anyway… Ha!
The Hackney crowd was more than pleasantly surprised when Jay brought fellow throne-sitter Kanye West on stage to perform almost 30 mins of punchy, rapping goodness… even Beyonce gets into some moshing action around the 20:30 mark (above)!
Jay also brought out the Mistress of melodious political SWAG M.I.A. for a rendition of Swagga Like Us (below), and managed to finagle Princess Rihanna to lend her vocals to Run This Town (below).
In addition to alll the sick cameos, Jay solo-slayed classics like 99 Problems, Girls, girls, girls and SO MUCH MORE…
Seriously. Best set ever?! We say HELLLLL MOTHA F*CKIN YEA!
