Humphries is giving his deposition today to Kim's lawyer, Laura Wasser, who has represented famous folks including Britney Spears, Ryan Reynolds, Stevie Wonder and Kiefer Sutherland, in their high-profile splits. Hollywood Life r eports that it could take "all day" to rehash the short-lived union.
TMZ says Wasser and her associates have flown to Humphries' home turf in Minnesota, where they will spend "hours" asking questions.
As for Kim's deposition? That will be take place in the next 10 days in Los Angeles, according to RadarOnline, and Kris' lawyer, Lee Hutton, will go to California to conduct it.
